Dr. Jerry L. Foxx,
DDS
Dr.
Jerry L. Foxx, DDS brings more than 25 years of
dental excellence to the practice of Foxx Dental
Care. Dr. Foxx’s primary focus is on overall dental
wellness starting with helping his patients to be as
educated as possible about good oral hygiene and
preventative maintenance. Dr. Foxx always says his
goal is to see his patients every six months for a
routine cleaning and that’s it. Not have them
constantly coming back with pain or problems,
especially ones that can be prevented with a little
education and know how.
Prior to entering the dental world, Dr. Foxx lead
somewhat of a nomadic childhood living all around
the world while his parents were in the service.
From there he began building roots in the fine state
of Texas, where he currently resides today, starting
with his education at Southwest Texas University.
Dr. Foxx and his beautiful wife, Paula share a
passion for adventure and travel as well as the
pursuit of mind-body wellness through their
deepening practice of yoga. They have three
beautiful children, Brenden, Chloe and Jaime and two
“fur babies”, dogs named Jake and LeLe.
Dr. Foxx holds a B.S. and M.S from Southwest Texas
University, as well as his DDS from the University
of Texas Dental School, Academy of General
Dentistry.
Dr. Foxx is constantly attending seminars, trainings
and continuing education programs to stay current on
the latest dental wellness techniques and available
technologies. Dr. Foxx is also a member of the Texas
Dental Association and the Fort Worth District
Dental Society.

Lanece Lisenby
registered
dental assistant
Entering
her 20th year as a dental assistant, Lanece moved
into the area in 2002 and has been assisting Dr.
Foxx every since. A single mom with a beautiful 19
yr old daughter who is studying to be an elementary
teacher at Texas Tech " Go Red Raiders!" Lanece has
several athletic hobbies. She loves playing
competitive racquetball, Frisbee golf, and running.
She also coaches for a private track club, "The
Mansfield Express" during the summer months. One of
her goals is to run in the New York Marathon and
finish. She believes a positive attitude gets you
further, so don't sweat the small stuff and keep
looking up!!

Karen Yeats
registered dental hygienist
Karen
grew up in Arlington and Mansfield, married her high
school sweetheart, and started in dentistry in 1979,
as an assistant. Karen has three daughters and went
to hygiene school when they were young. She has
worked for Dr. Foxx for 9 years (and still likes
him)!!! When she is not cleaning teeth or giving
oral hygiene instruction, Karen enjoys spending time
with her "Aggies", collecting antiques, going to
estate sales and gardening.
